Country comparisons show that larger properties can generally be afforded in eastern countries like Russia, Hungary, Poland and Portugal, while smaller properties are available in western countries like the UK, Italy and Ireland. City comparisons find that the largest properties for EUR 200,000 are available in eastern European cities while the smallest are in capital cities like London, Paris and Dublin.
