  2. Ok, why is website important? Well, in the past, your potential customers called in to ask questions, request more information and educate themselves before making a purchase. Nowadays, they’re doing most of that research on your website, even before given you a call. So that’s why it important that give your visitors the information they’re looking for on website and get them warmed up enough to contact you. Your Website basically serves as your online salesman. Just like a live “human” salesman, it can have a huge impact on your bottom line. Your website can be the Rockstar salesman that helps you close tons of sales, or it can be a mediocre salesman that puts your customers to sleep, or worse, drives them away to your competitors. Your potential customers are already visiting the websites of you competitors, if you website doesn’t do a good job of selling, they will probably buy from competitors instead.
