I. Name of Project – The project to be done
II. Objectives – The reason for making the
project
III. Materials – The list of the materials and their
description
IV. Design or Drawing of the Project – An
illustration of the project to be done
V. Procedure – Step in making the project
accompanied by illustration for clarity and
understanding
VI. Evaluation – Check the quality of the finished
product. A scorecard or a rubric is used for
evaluating the project. It consists of a set of
criteria with questions to be answered by the
student, the teacher , and the parents.
