DotUnity initiatives continue to make a huge difference through hands-on volunteer projects. Glory House Services (GHS) was founded in 2007 by Idalbert and Glorie Joseph to help Haitian immigrants in Kansas City and support education in Haiti. GHS provides translation services in Kansas City and funds 3 elementary schools in rural northwest Haiti with over 200 students. The schools pay teacher salaries from funds raised by GHS. A 2014 trip by GHS found communities grateful for education provided and identified needs like water access. GHS hopes to increase sustainability and community involvement in education in Haiti.

Based in Panama City, Panama, Oscar Hilt Tatum IV is the CEO of iPoint Capital Partners, an international venture capital and wealth management firm that aims to find business opportunities in underperforming or unsaturated markets. Hilt Tatum is involved with several charity organizations, including Project Joy Panama, which he founded.
- 3. Project Joy Panama aims to support underprivileged families in rural regions of Panama. It does this through various avenues, including supplying children with scholarships and school supplies, facilitating community projects, and building schools. The organization sponsors families and supports them for several years, with the eventual goal of helping children have the resources they need to attend college and launch careers.
- 4. Every year, Project Joy Panama also holds an annual Christmas Charity, where Tatum and other community volunteers provide food and toys to over 100 underprivileged families. Children walk away with dolls and bikes while their parents receive rice, meat, and vegetables.
