During metal stamping process, we are facing difficulties and we need
to identify roots of the problems. In order to understand that
problems are coming from mechanical properties of steel and check
producer's information reliability, we need a tensile testing Specimen
from steels and send them to Tensile Testing and get the results. In
this necessity, more efficient die design who answers to thesis
research questions is designed in Catia V5R19.
Can we design one Tensile Testing Specimen Die who permit
us to get tensile testing specimen from steel sheets who
have different thickness ?

Instead of 3 stamping die (Old Situation),
Now one stamping die with 3 different
matrix parts (that can mounted according
to steel thickness)
can perform the same process
