This document summarizes a project at AIG from April to June 2013 where the individual worked as a senior programmer analyst on a project called Global Risk Aggregation. The goal of the project was to reduce the manual effort required to collect, normalize, and link external data on fracking operators to AIG's internal data in order to analyze AIG's insurance and credit exposure to risks from fracking operations in the United States. The individual implemented an end-to-end solution using DataStage, QualityStage, Oracle, and Unix to perform the scenario analysis and demonstrate visualizations of the linked external and internal data.
