Andrew Struck, director of the Ozaukee County Planning and Parks Department, will lead an interactive presentation on the department’s fish passage program, which actively reconnects existing, high quality fish and wildlife habitat throughout the Milwaukee River Watershed and direct drainage to Lake Michigan. The workshop presenters will discuss concepts of aquatic connectivity, provide a comprehensive overview of a multi-million dollar watershed-wide approach to aquatic connectivity, and engage the audience in designing for options for fish passage using successful completed projects as case-studies. Project Description:
The Riverside High School #8 project was a 100 acre complete prime package awarded
to CMC for the Earthwork & Utilities to include all drilling, blasting, rock crushing, cut &
fills, completion of athletic fields, tennis courts, roadways which included significant
undercut and fill replacement. This project was performed under 10 phases with all
phases completed under the challenging schedule restraints.
