Do you know what the Millennium Goals are?
The eight Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) are
international targets for reducing global poverty. By the year
2015 these goals, if they are reached, will have lifted
around 500 million people out of poverty.
2. Writing your ideas:
In this unit you will have to elaborate a POSTER about the Milennium
Goals. The class wiil be divided into 7 groups and each will research
about one the Goals.
In the poster you will have to provide this information:
- Name of the objective.
- Target.
- Explanation of key concepts.
- Current situation.
- Case study.
