NOTE TO GRADER
 Please view Repository to see a snapshot of our overall layout for both the
Methodology Binder and the Client Methodology Binder (pg. 211).
 We created a Trello list specifically for Cedric to look at to decrease his time
commitment when he wanted to get an update as to how we were doing. A
screenshot can be found in the repository. (pg. 210)
 When viewing our phase timeline updates, please be conscious of the fact
that at the top of the Trello screenshots it will say “Sell Tasks in To Do list”.
This along with the slide title will indicate what slides are in the required “To
Do” and “Done” lists. Pages:
 Meeting 1: 89-91
 Meeting 2: 139-141
 Meeting 3: 173-176
 Please be aware that our client feedback was limited because Cedric was
very open and willing to let us have freedom to create and design the
website as we saw fit. Cedric’s only explicit feedback during development
was as follows:
 Home Page: needs to have map showing location of Ernst & Young
Atlanta Office
 1 Bedroom Page: each option needs to include the name of the
apartment complex
 2 Bedroom Page: each option needs to include the name of the
apartment complex
 We initially agreed to do a password protected website. However, we
discussed in the final meeting that we could not offer that because in Weebly
that feature is only available with a paid subscription. Cedric agreed that no
password would be needed.

OVERALL BUSINESS EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
ACS Solutions uses an advanced requirement gathering
process involving client personality questions as well as
website specification questions to design custom websites
further personalized to each client. ACS Solutions
recommends that a potential client use our hybrid
methodology to create a website tailored to their personal
wants and needs.
ACS Solutions’ revolutionary methodology ensures the client’s
website will be tailored to their requirements. ACS Solutions’
unique development process provides a condensed meeting
design requiring the client to sacrifice less of their time while
not compensating quality or individuality of the desired
website.
ACS Solutions provides opportunities both in-person and
electronically for client feedback and involvement, which
allows for client flexibility and ensures that each client is
involved in the decision-making process of designing their
website from creation to publication.

MEETING 2 CHECKLIST 20
MEETING 3 CHECKLIST 21
METHODOLOGY EXTENSION SUMMARY
ACS Solutions has designed an innovative methodology that has condensed the
website creation process into three meetings, allowing the client to sacrifice less
valuable time while not sacrificing any quality.
Meeting 1:
In Meeting 1, ACS Solutions will pitch our methodology to the client and attain
their signature to enter into a legally binding contractual agreement. ACS
Solutions will also issue a personality and website specifications questionnaire
to begin gathering requirements. That information will then be applied to
mockup creation and prototyping of the client’s website.
Meeting 2:
In Meeting 2, ACS Solutions will present the mockups and wireframes of the
client’s website and gather more specified requirements based on their
feedback. That information will be used to create working and finalized website
pages, which will be electronically verified by the client before Meeting 3.
Meeting 3:
In Meeting 3, ACS Solutions will present the client with the completed,
published website. The client and ACS Solutions will then discuss and decide
upon a solution for handing off the website to the client. Also, terms for the
servicing that will be provided by ACS Solutions to the website—along with any
updates requested by the client—will be discussed.
22
OVERALL CLIENT EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
ACS Solutions recommends that Cedric Jackson allow us to apply our
methodology to build him a website. This website will be about the
city of Atlanta and will be personalized and tailored to include only the
information that Mr. Jackson will find pertinent.
Mr. Cedric Jackson’s website—Atlanta living—will consist of five web
pages. There will be a home page with background information on
Atlanta, including an external link to additional information. It will also
contain a map of Mr. Jackson’s place of work at Ernst &Young. There
will be a page devoted to One bedroom apartment living options—
with an external link for each option. There will also be a page with
two bedroom apartment living options—with an external link for each
option. Also, the website will include a fourth page devoted to the
night life in Atlanta which will include external links for each major
category of things to do: Concerts, Bars/Clubs, Performing Arts, and
Sporting Events. Also, there will be a featured event from each
category that will have its own external link. Finally, there will be a
page devoted to casual dining in Atlanta. There will be different
restaurant options based on type of food—which will have an external
link to a menu.
ACS Solutions will create Cedric Jackson’s Atlanta Living website by
first gathering requirements and specifications for what he is looking
for. Then, ACS Solutions will use these requirements and specifications
in creating the mockups, wireframes and initial website pages for
Atlanta Living—which will be available for review both in person and
electronically. Based on the feedback provided to us by Mr. Jackson,
ACS Solutions will create and publish Atlanta Living into a working
website and hand over control of said website to Mr. Jackson.

1.7 SELL EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
ACS Solutions recommends that this project for Cedric Jackson
move forward to the research phase because we have
received positive feedback from our client, which
demonstrates that they have chosen us to carry out the design
and implementation of their website.
Our client’s positive feedback has been expressed through
their signature on our initial contract. Their signature ensures
that they have agreed to enter into a contractual agreement,
allowing ACS Solutions to now staff a development team
consisting of Chandler Sims as project manager and two staff
members. ACS Solutions will be held accountable for fulfilling
the contractual agreement and exceeding client expectations
while still delivering the intended product.
Cedric Jackson agreed to sign a contract with ACS Solutions
based on a sales pitch detailing what services we provide. In
this presentation, ACS Solutions detailed three things we
deliver to every client: individuality, affordability, and client
flexibility.

2.8 RESEARCH EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
ACS Solutions suggests continuing into the produce phase to
allow for the development process of a prototype for the
client’s website to begin. ACS Solutions has obtained all the
information necessary to begin constructing mockups for the
client website.
This recommendation is based upon the successful gathering
of client requirements. These requirements are used as a
roadmap for decision making while building mockups, initial
webpages, the published website, and updating/servicing of
the website.
Client requirements have been obtained through the use of
two questionnaires: the Client Personality Questionnaire and
the Website Specifications Questionnaire. These provide ACS
Solutions with client website specifications, allowing us to
develop a website that meets client needs, and client
personality information, allowing us to make informed
decisions on website design without needing immediate
client feedback. Along with these questionnaires, verbal
questions are asked to ensure that we have a full
understanding of Cedric’s wants and needs.

3.7 PRODUCE EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
ACS Solutions recommends that we move into the deliver
phase of Cedric Jackson’s website development because we
have successfully created a working prototype of the client’s
website. With a working prototype successfully developed,
accomplishment of a published final client website is
achievable.
The client website prototype consists of fully functional pages
that can be accessed and used. Through personality
questionnaire responses, website specifications responses,
and client wireframe and mockup feedback, this prototype
will be tailored and adjusted to fit the changing needs and
wants of the client.
The website prototype consists of ACS Solutions developed
and client approved wireframes, mockups, and initial test
webpages. The developed wireframe and mockup feedback is
given in person during a meeting with the client. Whereas,
feedback for the initial test webpages, which are developed
based on the feedback given on the wireframes and mockups,
is given electronically via email.

4.4 DELIVER EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
With the completion and publication of the client website,
ACS Solutions suggests that we transition to the service phase.
Now that a fully functional website has been created that
surpasses all client requirements, maintenance and updating
of the website is necessary.
ACS Solutions’ recommendation to move to the servicing
phase is due to the successful completion and publication of
Cedric’s website. A working website tailored to all client
requirements must be constantly serviced in order to ensure
proper functionality and client requirement fulfillment. Along
with maintenance, the website may need to be modified and
updated to meet the changing needs of the client.
ACS Solutions completed and published Cedric’s website by
using the feedback given on the completed prototype in order
to create finalized drafts of each webpage. These finalized
pages were then reviewed and cross-referenced with client
specifications and requirements in order to ensure that the
published website would meet and exceed all client
requirements and expectations.

5.4 SERVICE EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
ACS Solutions recommends that _________________(client) take full
control of the finalized website with the Client Handoff Description.
ACS Solutions has fulfilled our contractual obligation to carry out
general website maintenance and client specified update requests.
Therefore, the client is now responsible for either renewing their
future update plan or assuming total control over their website.
ACS Solutions promised to carry out regular maintenance on the
client’s website for 1 year following the site being published. In
addition to regular maintenance, we agreed to carry out general
changes to the website through maintenance request forms. During
this one year period, the client assumes full control of the website,
acquiring the Weebly username and password used to create the
website.
During the Service phase, ACS Solutions and the client agreed upon a
structured, detailed plan for servicing and maintaining the published
website. Through a Future Update Plan, ACS Solutions and
____________(client) agree to servicing terms of 1 year where any
changes requested by the client must be filed through standardized
Maintenance Request Forms. Following the Future Update Plan, ACS
Solutions and ________________(client) agree to a Client Handoff
Description which details the transfer of the website administrator
role from ACS Solutions to the client.

NOTE TO GRADER Please view Repository to see a snapshot of our overall layout for both the Methodology Binder and the Client Methodology Binder (pg. 211).  We created a Trello list specifically for Cedric to look at to decrease his time commitment when he wanted to get an update as to how we were doing. A screenshot can be found in the repository. (pg. 210)  When viewing our phase timeline updates, please be conscious of the fact that at the top of the Trello screenshots it will say “Sell Tasks in To Do list”. This along with the slide title will indicate what slides are in the required “To Do” and “Done” lists. Pages:  Meeting 1: 89-91  Meeting 2: 139-141  Meeting 3: 173-176  Please be aware that our client feedback was limited because Cedric was very open and willing to let us have freedom to create and design the website as we saw fit. Cedric’s only explicit feedback during development was as follows:  Home Page: needs to have map showing location of Ernst & Young Atlanta Office  1 Bedroom Page: each option needs to include the name of the apartment complex  2 Bedroom Page: each option needs to include the name of the apartment complex  We initially agreed to do a password protected website. However, we discussed in the final meeting that we could not offer that because in Weebly that feature is only available with a paid subscription. Cedric agreed that no password would be needed. 8

METHODOLOGY EXTENSION SUMMARY ACSSolutions has designed an innovative methodology that has condensed the website creation process into three meetings, allowing the client to sacrifice less valuable time while not sacrificing any quality. Meeting 1: In Meeting 1, ACS Solutions will pitch our methodology to the client and attain their signature to enter into a legally binding contractual agreement. ACS Solutions will also issue a personality and website specifications questionnaire to begin gathering requirements. That information will then be applied to mockup creation and prototyping of the client’s website. Meeting 2: In Meeting 2, ACS Solutions will present the mockups and wireframes of the client’s website and gather more specified requirements based on their feedback. That information will be used to create working and finalized website pages, which will be electronically verified by the client before Meeting 3. Meeting 3: In Meeting 3, ACS Solutions will present the client with the completed, published website. The client and ACS Solutions will then discuss and decide upon a solution for handing off the website to the client. Also, terms for the servicing that will be provided by ACS Solutions to the website—along with any updates requested by the client—will be discussed. 22
  • 23.
OVERALL CLIENT EXECUTIVESUMMARY ACS Solutions recommends that Cedric Jackson allow us to apply our methodology to build him a website. This website will be about the city of Atlanta and will be personalized and tailored to include only the information that Mr. Jackson will find pertinent. Mr. Cedric Jackson’s website—Atlanta living—will consist of five web pages. There will be a home page with background information on Atlanta, including an external link to additional information. It will also contain a map of Mr. Jackson’s place of work at Ernst &Young. There will be a page devoted to One bedroom apartment living options— with an external link for each option. There will also be a page with two bedroom apartment living options—with an external link for each option. Also, the website will include a fourth page devoted to the night life in Atlanta which will include external links for each major category of things to do: Concerts, Bars/Clubs, Performing Arts, and Sporting Events. Also, there will be a featured event from each category that will have its own external link. Finally, there will be a page devoted to casual dining in Atlanta. There will be different restaurant options based on type of food—which will have an external link to a menu. ACS Solutions will create Cedric Jackson’s Atlanta Living website by first gathering requirements and specifications for what he is looking for. Then, ACS Solutions will use these requirements and specifications in creating the mockups, wireframes and initial website pages for Atlanta Living—which will be available for review both in person and electronically. Based on the feedback provided to us by Mr. Jackson, ACS Solutions will create and publish Atlanta Living into a working website and hand over control of said website to Mr. Jackson. 23

1.7 SELL EXECUTIVESUMMARY ACS Solutions recommends that this project for Cedric Jackson move forward to the research phase because we have received positive feedback from our client, which demonstrates that they have chosen us to carry out the design and implementation of their website. Our client’s positive feedback has been expressed through their signature on our initial contract. Their signature ensures that they have agreed to enter into a contractual agreement, allowing ACS Solutions to now staff a development team consisting of Chandler Sims as project manager and two staff members. ACS Solutions will be held accountable for fulfilling the contractual agreement and exceeding client expectations while still delivering the intended product. Cedric Jackson agreed to sign a contract with ACS Solutions based on a sales pitch detailing what services we provide. In this presentation, ACS Solutions detailed three things we deliver to every client: individuality, affordability, and client flexibility. 58

2.8 RESEARCH EXECUTIVESUMMARY ACS Solutions suggests continuing into the produce phase to allow for the development process of a prototype for the client’s website to begin. ACS Solutions has obtained all the information necessary to begin constructing mockups for the client website. This recommendation is based upon the successful gathering of client requirements. These requirements are used as a roadmap for decision making while building mockups, initial webpages, the published website, and updating/servicing of the website. Client requirements have been obtained through the use of two questionnaires: the Client Personality Questionnaire and the Website Specifications Questionnaire. These provide ACS Solutions with client website specifications, allowing us to develop a website that meets client needs, and client personality information, allowing us to make informed decisions on website design without needing immediate client feedback. Along with these questionnaires, verbal questions are asked to ensure that we have a full understanding of Cedric’s wants and needs. 95

3.7 PRODUCE EXECUTIVESUMMARY ACS Solutions recommends that we move into the deliver phase of Cedric Jackson’s website development because we have successfully created a working prototype of the client’s website. With a working prototype successfully developed, accomplishment of a published final client website is achievable. The client website prototype consists of fully functional pages that can be accessed and used. Through personality questionnaire responses, website specifications responses, and client wireframe and mockup feedback, this prototype will be tailored and adjusted to fit the changing needs and wants of the client. The website prototype consists of ACS Solutions developed and client approved wireframes, mockups, and initial test webpages. The developed wireframe and mockup feedback is given in person during a meeting with the client. Whereas, feedback for the initial test webpages, which are developed based on the feedback given on the wireframes and mockups, is given electronically via email. 145

4.4 DELIVER EXECUTIVESUMMARY With the completion and publication of the client website, ACS Solutions suggests that we transition to the service phase. Now that a fully functional website has been created that surpasses all client requirements, maintenance and updating of the website is necessary. ACS Solutions’ recommendation to move to the servicing phase is due to the successful completion and publication of Cedric’s website. A working website tailored to all client requirements must be constantly serviced in order to ensure proper functionality and client requirement fulfillment. Along with maintenance, the website may need to be modified and updated to meet the changing needs of the client. ACS Solutions completed and published Cedric’s website by using the feedback given on the completed prototype in order to create finalized drafts of each webpage. These finalized pages were then reviewed and cross-referenced with client specifications and requirements in order to ensure that the published website would meet and exceed all client requirements and expectations. 163
