This document outlines the design of a zero net energy and water project located at 149 Newbury Street in Boston. The multi-use building will include coworking spaces and residential units. Site analyses indicate an annual rainfall of 424,000 gallons that will be captured and used to meet 66,000 gallons of the building's annual water needs. The building will incorporate renewable energy strategies like solar thermal panels, triple glazed windows, and photovoltaic panels to achieve net zero energy use through on-site power generation.
