Society for Integrated Development and Social Action (SIDSA) is a non-profit organization registered in West Bengal in 1989. It works to empower marginalized communities in the Sundarban region through livelihood development, disaster risk management, and programs for persons with disabilities. SIDSA operates across 25 villages in South 24 Parganas district, focusing on sustainable development, equity, and social justice. It has over 20 staff members and volunteers who implement initiatives in livelihoods, rehabilitation, disaster risk reduction, and community mobilization.
