Job Purpose:
Responsible for all MRO (Maintenance Repair and Operations) activities across site.
Ensure that objectives are effectively achieved, consistent with Company requirements
to ensure compliance, safety and reliable supply to our customers.
Principal Accountabilities:
Act as the liaison between the Storeroom, Maintenance, and the Buying
Center in creating all Maintenance related manual purchase requisitions and
follow up. Creates all manual purchase requisitions in CMMS (Computerised
Maintenance Management System) for Storeroom, Maintenance Leads, and
Planners.
Coordinate changes to purchase requisitions surrounding pricing, quantity
changes, vendor corrections, delivery date changes, unit of measure, etc.
Advise Cost Centre Owners when vendor info records require updating. Run
open Purchase Order reports; monitor and expedite overdue PO’s. Follow up
with vendors and Cost Centre Owner
Create and approve new material adds to the CMMS. Work closely with
Storeroom, Maintenance Leads, and Maintenance Planners who request new
material adds within CMMS.
Coordinate new equipment “critical spares” with Asset Reliability Team to
ensure new materials area added into the system, tagged as critical. Look for
duplicate materials and OEM materials that are commercially available and
take necessary steps in the process.
Consolidation of duplicate parts
CMMS to delete obsolete and invalid materials
Corrections to MRP types and CC indicators. Coordinate and handle all
paperwork for the external repair process of parts. Purchase Requisitions
update pricing. Document period spend history for repairable
Key focus on Storeroom, Maintenance, Plant, and Business goals.
Understand and lead Storeroom and Maintenance Team for all related SOP’s.
Comply with all SOX controls, procedures, and GMPs
Required to comply with Company Global Policies, Procedures and
Guidelines, regulatory requirements and execute current Good manufacturing
Practices (cGMP) in the performance of day to day activities and all
applicable job functions.
Work collaboratively to drive a safe and compliant culture in Company.
May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Knowledge
Typical Minimum Education:
Diploma or higher preferred, ideally in a related discipline.
Typical Minimum Experience:
Would typically have prior related work experience; ideally in a
manufacturing, preferably GMP setting.

Ability and desire to proactively analyze and improve the MRO
process through knowledge of CMMS and utilizing Microsoft Office
Business applications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job related computer applications

Knowledge of regulatory/code requirements to Irish, European and

Understanding of Lean Six Sigma Methodology preferred
