Project: Long Harbour Processing Plant Client: Vale Limited
Duration: June 06, 2010 to July 31, 2014
Ensure that the daily operations of the project office run smoothly. Support and assist the Project Director, Site
Manager and the Construction Manager. Audit and process expense reports for all staff members on a weekly basis.
Balance and Audit on site craft payroll. Responsible for the requirements of approximately 300 staff. Liaison for all
Fluor staff including agency/contracted staff. Responsible for Direct Hire Craft Payroll on site. Co-ordinate with
Functional Managers and HR Manager to assess staffing requirements. Report to all levels of management. Work
closely with Client Administration Manager to coordinate on site activities. Responsible for the compilation and issuing
of reports, letters. Co-ordinate travel for staff from residences to job site and from job site to airport for turnaround
travel. Responsible for supervision of Admin Staff, Information Technology Staff and Camp Operation Staff.

issued P-Card through AMEX and the reconciliation all invoices on AMEX statement each month. Maintain asset list
for inventory to be turned over to client.
2. RESTORATION MASTERS
Position: Administrative Assistant
Duration: October 2004 to November 2006
Responsible for intake of calls for emergency work. Create customer files, prepare invoices for submission to
insurance adjusters; prepare and forward accounts receivable and payable to head office in Strathroy. Direct calls from
customers, insurance companies, contractors. Utilize courier services, prepare mail.

Duration June 2001 to May of 2004
Ensure that the daily operations of the office run smoothly. Support and assist the Construction Manager. Initiate the
transition of new staff to the Nanticoke site. Liaison for all Fluor staff, including agency / contracted staff. Facilitate
communications between client and staff. Ensure the timely and accurate payroll process of 1000 direct hire unionized
staff. Oversee clerical staff, track administration budget. Report to all levels of management. Ensure payables,
receivables are processed in a timely fashion. Responsible for compliance to all government agencies.

In February of 2000 I was requested to set up the Flour Constructors Payroll system for our job site in St. John, NB.
This was accomplished during an eight-week period. I set up the computer at the Chatham site and then travelled to St.
John to set up, train and assist the payroll office.

Position: Site and Payroll Administrator, Contract Administration
Project: Commercial Alcohols Client: Commercial Alcohols Ltd, Chatham, ON
Duration 1996 to March 1999; November 1999 to January 2001
In 1996 I was hired as a Contract Administration Assistant to two Contact Administrators for the Commercial Alcohols
site, Chatham, Ontario. In October of 1997 one of the Administrators left for another position and I took over the
responsibilities of overseeing his contracts. In November of 1997 mechanical completion had been met and the plant
turned over to the client. Subsequent to this Fluor was contracted to do additional work. In December of 1997 the
second Administrator left along with the Office Manager and I took on the responsibilities of these two positions. In
June of 1998 Fluor Constructors started a direct hire payroll. I was responsible for the management of this payroll. By
March of 1999 construction was complete and I was transferred to Sarnia. In November of 1999 Fluor had been
granted additional construction work and I returned to the Commercial Alcohols site as the Site and Payroll
Administrator. This involved approximately 25 staff and 200 craft. I also administered several contracts.
ACQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Construction
Familiar with and knowledge of land surveys, topographic maps, blue prints, able to calculate quantities for aggregate
construction. Familiar with land development, preparation of contracts and development specifications.
Comprehension and working experience with Union work places and their agreements.
Accounting
Ability to maintain a complete set of books.
Ability to maintain all aspects of payroll system, including remittances to Receiver General, preparation of statistical
reports, financial statements, communication with all aspects of Government agencies. GST and PST remittances.
Clerical
Typing of 60 wpm; knowledge of proper format for letters, reports, contracts, memos. Excellent telephone etiquette,
experience operating office machines, including fax, photocopier, blueprint machine, dot matrix and laser printers.
Ability to compose correspondence.
Computer Experience
Proficiency with complete AccPac accounting system, Lotus 123, AmiPro, Microsoft Office, Word Perfect, email,
Internet, PC payroll system.
Supervisory
Supervise admin and payroll staff regarding work tasks, workload, scheduling. Liaison between departments for
allotment of staff.
