This document outlines a candidate's experience with production, warehousing, and distribution operations including importing goods from Miami to Trinidad, managing storage facility layout and sanitation, warehousing different product types, and distributing food to six stores weekly. - Experience with product ordering, importing goods

security and sanitation; warehousing of dry,
refrigerated and frozen product; food production and
distribution to Six stores on a weekly basis.
- Created an Xcel spreadsheet to track movement of
goods from warehouse receiving to store delivery in
accordance to HACCP guidelines and company policy.
- Conducted internal and local supplier operational
HACCP audits.
- Maintained Health & Safety, HACCP and Training
records.

stored and manufactured products in inventory.
