SELECTED NUT PRODUCTS
ALMONDS
Almonds have a wide application to all types of foods sweet and savory. Our
almonds grow in bright and sunny California and are available in several
forms, including blanched whole, blanched sliced, blanched slivered, natural
sliced, natural slivered, and natural whole.
CASHEWS
With its sweet taste and soft consistency, cashews are one of the most pop-
ular snacking nuts. Cashews are renowned for the flavor they add to many
Asian cooking dishes, perfectly complementing spicy flavors with its buttery
consistency.
WALNUTS
Besides their rich flavor, walnuts also are known for their array of health
benefits. The sunshiny, damp climate of the U.S. Northwest, from where we
source our walnuts, produces some of the tastiest, highest quality walnuts
in the world.
PECANS
Pecans are the original U.S. tree nut, best known for its starring role in
southern pecan pie and praline candy. Sweet and buttery, pecans have sky-
rocketed in popularity as an export overseas over the past few years.
HAZELNUTS
Also known as filberts, the lush Willamette Valley in the state of Oregon
produces 99% of all U.S. grown hazelnuts. Hazelnuts are shelled and avail-
able in a variety of sizes and are deliciously combined with sweet flavors like
chocolate.

BLUEBERRIES
Blueberries are known for their soft, mild sweetness and distinctive flavor
that grows best in the fertile soil of the Pacific Northwest. They’re available in
both lowbush and highbush varieties, both offering a delicious snacking or
baking berry.
CRANBERRIES
Sweetening the tart, pungent flavor of cranberries makes them one of the
most unique and satisfying snacking fruits. Whole cranberries also are
excellent to bake with, and can produce delicious sauces, beverages,
relishes, jams, and more.
STRAWBERRIES
One of the most popular and famed U.S. fruits, strawberries are known for
their juicy texture, enticing aroma, and sweetness. Used in all types of foods
from ice creams to chocolates to fresh salads, our strawberries are
cultivated domestically and grown to its ripest, plumpest, freshest variety.
CHERRIES
Balancing tart and sweet flavors simultaneously, cherries are a superb
low-calorie, high-nutrient fruit. Bing cherries originated in Oregon and
remain the most popular variety of sweet cherry in the United States.
RED RASPBERRIES
The temperate climate of the Northwest is perfect for growing lush, tangy,
sweet red raspberries. With a melt-in-your-mouth consistency, red raspber-
ries have a flowery flavor and can substitute for sugary candy when you’re in
