I discovered the magic of the Process Communication Model. Six months ago I had no idea that such a
simple, yet amazingly powerful tool existed. After the PCM training I felt privileged to have learned
somethingthatempowersmetochangemylifeandtoimprovethelifeofthepeopleIholddear.
PCMisanexactscience,logicalandclear,yetstillmagical.
My fascination with the Process Communication Model also comes from it’s domains of
application.Ifeelandbelievethatitbringsgreatvalueinanyactivitythatrequirescommunication:when
youaretalkingwithyourownchildrenorlifepartner,whenyoucoachormentorsomeone,whenyouare
addressingaconflict,whenyouarenegotiating,whenyouaretryingtoempowerormotivateyourteam,
whenyouaretryingtowintheheartsandmindsofthepeoplearoundyou,orevenwhenyouarewriting
abanalemail.
