A>Procedure to install the Driver for Biometric Device and information about
the Attendance:
1> First of all connect the device to any USB port of server machine.
2>Download the Driver for device from Solar as follows in server machine.
3>Run it or Execute it. Then follows the steps ask during installation.
B> How to Enroll the student finger print:
1>Open the Bliz Client.
2> Select the batch for learner enroll finger print.
3>Go to Learner tab and select fingerprint enrollment from learner details

5>Request/say learner to put his/her any finger on the device and accordingly select the radio button
for that finger.
6>click on capture left thumb link. You will get save the image successfully message.
Imp: At least take the 2 finger print impression of each student. Recommended Left and Right Thumb
C> How to upload the student finger print enrollment:
1>Go to Upload/down load tab of Solar and select finger print data from the upload option as follows.

D> How to take the daily attendance of the learner.
1>Open the program “learner attendance” form the desktop.(But before it you should closed
blizclient)
Imp: The Learner attendance program download is available on solar.
2>Select Mark Automatic verification disabled on ON.
3>Say to learner to put his/her thumb finger on device.
4>With-in second you will get the photo and other details of the learner. If it is then learner marks
present. His/her time of class is also record.

5>If learner put his /her finger different then recorded then the computer display the message as
follows.(The finger does not match) and mark absent .

6>Keep in mind that the learner should give the attendance twice i.e. At start of the batch and End of
the Batch so that how much time he/she has spent for the class is also record.
7>In this way each learner put his/her finger on the device and make the attendance.
E> How to upload the student finger print daily attendance:
1>Open the Bizclient.
2>Select the upload/download tab and from which select the option attendance data.

3>After it upload attendance learner. In this way the learner attendance data will upload.

F> How to See the learner details attendance:
1>Go to center management tab of bizclient and select learner summary
2> click on view you will get the follwing screen. This details is also availble on solar too.
