This document outlines the steps to generate an offline Aadhar digital signature certificate (DSC) without forms or documents. It is an OTP-based process that requires the Aadhar number to contain a registered mobile number. The steps include downloading an offline Aadhar XML file, generating an eKYC ID and PIN, applying for the DSC and receiving an order ID, completing a video verification call, and digitally e-signing the application form once approved. The process takes 15-20 minutes and support is available by phone or email for any issues.

5. Input Aadhar No, Captcha Code and
Click on “Proceed to Verify”

6. If mobile No exists then last 3 digit will
be displayed here.

7. If mobile exists then click on following
links according to validity:

8. Steps to be followed:
1. Generate and download Offline Aadhar
XML file
2. Fill details and generate eKYC ID &
eKYC PINeKYC PIN
3. Apply for DSC and Generate Order ID
4. Complete Video Verification
5. Esign DSC Application Form

10. Input Aadhar No, Captcha & Click onInput Aadhar No, Captcha & Click on
Send OTP. You will receive OTP on Mobile
registered with Aadhar.

11. Create 4 digit Share code, Input OTP
received on Mobile and click on
“Download”, Please remember Share
Code.
Once you click on “Download” you will download Aadhar XML file in zip format.

12. 1. Click here and browse and choose “Offline Aadhar XML File”
2. Provide share code created while downloading Offlieb Aadhar XML File
3. Provide Mobile linked with Aadhar No.
4. Provide Email id and click on “Send
OTP for Verify Email” and Provide
OTP here.
5. Create eKYC ID (Remember this)
6. Create eKYC PIN (Remember this)
7. Don’t provide “PAN” here
8. Click “Next”

13. Check your Details and Click on “Apply
for DSC”

14. All details will be captured except PAN. So
Provide PAN here.
Provide “Download Key”. Remember this
Download Key. Tick the “I Accept” and
Click on “Submit”

15. Your Order ID is generated, Now you need to Record Video to Complete Video
Verification. You can record video by clicking above link or you can do it by
downloading “Capricorn Customer Application App” from Android Play Store or
Apple Store.

16. Process to Complete
Video Recording
through Mobile App.

17. Second option is through Android App “Capricorn Customer Application”. Second
option is much easier.

18. Click on Video RecordingClick on Video Recording

19. Enter Order Id starting with
“OR_____”, PIN code of
Address registered with
Aadhar, then click on
“CONFIRM”

20. Click on “RECORD” button
below and speak these lines
and wait until it gets
uploaded. (video should be of
minimum 25 seconds)

21. • Please contact us after this process.
• Now you need to complete Esign
Process.
• ESign: You need to do digitally esign
the order form once the video isthe order form once the video is
approved by Capricorn CA.
• For this you will receive OTP on
Mobile.
• After this Process is completed.
