PROBLEM PLACING
   TECHNIQUE

Creativity Crash Course
      participant
Initial Considerations

Each thing has its own place.

        YOU decide what, where.

It STAYS there until YOU decide.
Remember…

            YOU ARE IN
            COMMAND .

             Worries have neither
            opinion nor initiatives.
Procedure
Find a thing to be the
      worries s container that
      you can put on.
Procedure
      Picture your worries as
      portable stuff you can
      relocate at will.
Procedure
      Place them INSIDE the
      container you decided
      earlier.
Procedure
      Now you can worry all
      you can/need WHILE
      wearing the containers.
Procedure
      Get rid of the
      containers while
      picturing how the
      worries stay there in.
Procedure
      Now you are worry-free.
      Remember they are in
      the container, not in
      your head.
Procedure

Repeat until you get a routine
  and the technique works
  automatically
