1. Print IR56G for IRD from Talenox

2. To submit IR56G, head over to Payroll app to access IR56G section in
Talenox.

3. In the Payroll app, click on “IR56G” to generate your IR56G
to print, for mailing to IRD.

4. Once you have generated IR56G, you will be shown with this screen.
You can head over to the individual records and click on “View/Edit” to
review the IR56G forms. Talenox will display the form when an employee is
departing from Hong Kong.

5. The form will be populated with the company details that you have filled in
Profiles > Manage My Database > Company Details and the employee
details in Profiles > Manage My Database > Employee Listing.

6. Please double check all the information. If there are information missing,
you can fill up directly on this form, where common fields to be filled in are
Surname, Given Name and Chinese Name.

7. If you have made changes, click on “Save”. You can click on “Print form” to
print IR56G form for this individual. To print out for everyone in the
company, head back to Payroll > Payroll Settings > IR56G.

8. At the main page for IR56G, you can “Print selected employees” for all
employees in the company after you have checked through all the forms.

9. Here’s the sample of how the IR56G form looks like when you have printed
it. Do remember to print out the physical copy, sign, and mail to IRD.
