Prime Minister Thanks Employers Supporting The Armed Forces

The Defence Secretary recognized employers who have made outstanding commitments to support the Armed Forces. Gold awards were presented to winners of the Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) who were later met by the Prime Minister. Businesses who hold ERS gold awards advocate for and support the Armed Forces community through policies that encourage recruiting military personnel, spouses, and veterans and allowing reservists to complete their training. This year's winners focused on commitments to employ reservists, veterans, and Forces family members, including several large companies. The Defence Secretary thanked the organizations for the difference their support is making and for embodying what the Armed Forces Covenant is about.

Return on web is three year old Pune based online marketing & web development firm focused on providing you business-centric strategic solutions to the companies. I choose the startup company because with start I can explore myself and why digital marketing? Because it is booming industry, the growth of digital marketing is tremendous and expected to grow more.
Due to this summer internship, I learnt every aspect of digital marketing include (business development process, content writing, social media). The company asks me to do their competitive research and told to found return on web USP. And research of our target segments digital habits. With the help of the research we got a flow of what are the major criteria’s we need to have. One had to identify various sectors in the market that actually have a need of digital marketing services. And then your task is to approach them before your competitors.
Digital marketing startup companies follow a standard process of approaching clients. There are certain steps which cannot be altered or skipped. These are followed in sequences and executed after evaluating the process again and again. In digital marketing your team should be strong enough to deliver what your client expecting, as under digital marketing everyone work is interconnected and with a team only one campaign can get ready.
An extensive literature review is done on the concepts and theories related to web advertising. A review of Research papers, articles is undertaken to take note of and acknowledge work that has been done in the field of web advertising as such. The Researcher has collected secondary data from reputed Journals and Magazines, Newspapers, articles, Internet websites and Archives. The Researcher has visited
Libraries in Pune and out of Pune, to collect literature.The researcher has identified seven research papers along with thirteen articles published in renowned journals on various topics such as Web ad, Web based ad market, E-commerce impact, trends of online marketing, consumer attitude to Web ad and sales/marketing strategy

The roughly 200,000 men and women who take the U.S. military oath each year do so with pride, but service to country can come at considerable personal expense. In recent years approximately half of all post-9/11 service members transitioning into civilian life have faced unemployment within 15 months of separation, and the unemployment rate among veterans is higher than that of non-veterans in most demographic groups.
The gravity of these statistics is compounded by the forecast that one million veterans are expected to transition to civilian careers over the next five years, and 75 percent of spouses married to an active-duty service member said being a military spouse had negatively impacted their ability to pursue a career. Opportunities to help the military community also extend to the family members who support injured, ill, or wounded service members. Caregivers play an essential role in supporting wounded service members and veterans, which can impose a substantial physical, emotional, and financial toll on families—and especially on the caregivers within them. Come to this session to learn about how companies are working to support veteran reintegration—and the benefits they are achieving for the community and the company.

Last night the Defence Secretary recognised employers who have made an outstanding commitment to support the Armed Forces, presenting gold awards to the winners of the Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS). These organisations later met the Prime Minister during an evening of Armed Forces Covenant events at No.10 Downing Street. The ERS was launched by the Prime Minister David Cameron in 2014 to recognise businesses that are exemplary supporters of the Armed Forces Covenant, a promise from the nation that those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, and their families, are treated fairly. Businesses who hold ERS gold awards proactively advocate and support the Armed Forces community, both internally to employees and externally to the wider community. They have introduced HR policies to encourage the recruitment of Armed Forces personnel,spouses and veterans, and enable reservists to fulfil their annual training and mobilisation. This year the ERS gold awards focused on commitments to employ reservists, veterans, and Forces family members. The winners included: Atkins, The Automobile Association, Babcock, Fujitsu, Gateshead Council, Deloitte, Jaguar Land Rover, Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, ISS UK, J.P. Morgan, M-EC Consulting Development Engineers, National Express, PwC, Serco and Tesco. Defence Secretary, Michael Fallon, said: “The support from these organisations is making a real difference to our Armed Forces community. They are ensuring that the men and women who have done and continue to do so much for our nation are treated fairly.
