• Primary then offers these employees the opportunity to earn an additional 2 days of paid
time off after every 500 hours worked (1 day holiday pay and 1 day vacation pay).

Essential StaffCARE Limited Medical, Dental, Vision and Ancillary Benefits Plan
• Primary employees may enroll in limited benefits plan during the first 30 days of
employment and during the annual 1 month open enrollment period.
• Plan options include medical insurance with co-pay and discount prescription plan, dental,
vision, short-term disability and term life plans.
• Coverage is available for the employee, employee plus 1 dependent or employee plus his or
her family.
• Upon enrollment, contributions are automatically deducted from payroll.

• Primary works throughout the year to recognize our employees for their strong performance
in a variety of ways, including Employee Appreciation Day, PSA (Primary Star Award) and a
monetary year-end recognition.
• Primary has been awarding our employees with a year-end recognition for the past 20 years.
Employee Referral Bonuses
• Primary employees are eligible to earn referral bonuses to qualified candidates Primary
places in either contract or direct hire roles.
• For employees who have worked 40 hours or more, we award a $75 referral bonus.
16. Meet Your Payroll Managers
Primary’s Payroll Team Direct Deposit, Online Timesheets, Payroll
History and W2s, 2 Payrolls per Week
• Employees have full, secure online visibility to
the status of their timesheet, recent payroll
history, progress for qualifying holiday and
vacation pay, W-4 status and online W-2s.
• Payroll is processed weekly on Wednesdays
for the prior week, with checks mailed out
that afternoon or direct deposited into your
