14. What it means to be an:
EXECUTIVE TEAM LEADER (ETL)
● Providing you have 10 Personal Points and x2 Executive Team Trainers
(ETTs) under you will receive a $1,500 Quick Start Bonus! You can
become an ETL with 40 Personal Points however you will not receive the
$1,500 Quick Start Bonus.
● From now on, you are ALSO eligible to receive a $100 Customer
Acquisition Bonus (CAB) for EVERYONE under you, or any of your team
members, who become a Qualified Team Trainer (QTT) within the first
30 days of them joining!
● Please Note: when you have an ETT under you, your bonus will be $70
from their ‘line’ because THEY are now eligible for the $30 bonus.

17. RECOMMENDED PLAN of ACTION
In EVERY case, I recommend you aim for:
1. 3 Services with a minimum of 5-7 Customer Points
2. Now aim for the 10 Customer Points you need to become an
Executive Team Leader
3. ONCE you have achieved your QUICK START BONUSES, you
can focus on joining more customers & Independent Business
Owners (IBOs) to aim for TEAM COORDINATOR (TC)

20. What it means to be a:
TEAM COORDINATOR (TC)
● This is when you can leave your full time job!
● $300 is paid out for EVERYONE under you, or any of your
team members, who become a Qualified Team Trainer
(QTT) within the first 30 days of them joining!
● You are now eligible for the President's Club Retreat (conditions
apply)
● The $300 CAB Bonus is shared if/when their are other
Leaders under you, for example:

21. CAB Bonuses you will now be eligible for as a
TEAM COORDINATOR (TC)
1. If the QTT has no ETT or higher between you and them,
you will get a $300 CAB Bonus
2. If there is an ETT between you and the QTT, the ETT will get
$30 and you will get a $270 CAB Bonus.
3. If there is an ETL between you and the QTT, the ETL will get
$70 or $100 and you will get a $200 CAB Bonus.
4. If there is another TC between you and the QTT, the TC will
get their $300 but you will still get an $80 CAB Bonus.

apply)
● You are now eligible for the the Annual Retreat (conditions apply)
● The $380 CAB Bonus is shared if/when their are other
Leaders under you, for example:

24. CAB Bonuses you will now be eligible for as a
REGIONAL DIRECTOR (RD)
1. If the QTT has no ETT or higher between you and them, you will get a
$380 CAB Bonus
2. If there is an ETT between you and the QTT, the ETT will get $30 and you will get a
$350 CAB Bonus.
3. If there is an ETL between you and the QTT, the ETL will get $70 or $100 and you will
get a $280 CAB Bonus.
4. If there is a TC between you and the QTT, the TC will get $300 and you will
get a $160 CAB Bonus.
5. If there is a second TC between you and the QTT, the TC will get $300 and you will
still get an $80 CAB Bonus.
6. If there is another RD between you and the QTT, the RD will get their $380 but you
will still get a $30 CAB Bonus.

5. If there is a second TC between you and the QTT, the TC will get $300 and you will still get an $150 CAB
Bonus.
6. If there is an RD between you and the QTT, the RD will get their $380 but you will still get a $100 CAB
Bonus.
7. If there is a second RD between you and the QTT, the TC will get $380 and you will still get a $70 CAB
Bonus.
8. If there is an RVP between you and the QTT, the RVP will get their $450 but you will still get a $20 CAB
Bonus.
9. If there is a second RVP between you and the QTT, the RVP will get $380 and you will still get a $10
CAB Bonus.

2. If there is an ETT between you and the QTT, the ETT will get $30 and you will get a $440 CAB Bonus.
3. If there is an ETL between you and the QTT, the ETL will get $70 or $100 and you will get a $370 CAB Bonus.
4. If there is a TC between you and the QTT, the TC will get $300 and you will get a $250 CAB Bonus.
5. If there is a second TC between you and the QTT, the TC will get $300 and you will still get a $170 CAB Bonus.
6. If there is an RD between you and the QTT, the RD will get their $380 but you will still get a $120 CAB Bonus.
7. If there is a second RD between you and the QTT, the TC will get $380 and you will still get a $90 CAB Bonus.
8. If there is an RVP between you and the QTT, the RVP will get their $450 but you will still get a $40 CAB Bonus.
9. If there is a second RVP between you and the QTT, the RVP will get $380 and you will still get a $30 CAB Bonus.
10. If there is a third RVP between you and the QTT, the RVP will get $380 and you will still get a $20 CAB Bonus.
11. If there is an SVP between you and the QTT, the RVP will get their $450 but you will still get a $10 CAB Bonus.

31. Official Terms & Conditions for
Customer Acquisition Bonuses (CABs)
● Customer Acquisition Bonuses (CABs) will be paid within 10 days after the new IBO has
acquired their qualifying customers. If the new IBO qualifies within their first 14-days, then the
upline CABs will be paid the following week (after the 14-day period).
● Open Line CABs are bonuses you earn when IBOs in your organisation (who have not yet
reached your earned position or higher) help their newly sponsored IBOs become qualified within
30 days of their start date.
● Generational CABs are bonuses that you earn when IBOs in your organisation (who have
reached the same earned position as you) help their newly sponsored IBOs become qualified
within 30 days of their start date.
● Remember: Compensation is earned only when customers are acquired. ACN reserves the right
to retract the payment of any bonus or commission if it is found that a customer used to qualify for
a bonus or a certain commission level was not a valid billing customer.
● Issued CABs will be generated for payment each Thursday and paid to eligible IBOs by the
following Tuesday.
