d. Slip Gaji bulan terakhir h. Fotocopy SIUP & NPWP perusahaan
e. Surat Keterangan Kerja i. Fotocopy NPWP pribadi
5. Tata cara kredit :
a. Booking fee sebesar Rp 3.000.000,- ( mengurangi uang muka / refundable )
b. DP dibayarkan setelah akad
c. Serah Terima Bangunan 12 bulan setelah DP lunas DEVELOPED BY CONSULTANT PROSYAR
6. Semua pembayaran WAJIB melalui transfer ke rekening Bank BNI Syariah no rek : 0723862270
atas nama ASTRIYARTO SENOAJI
7. Pembayaran dianggap sah apabila uang sudah masuk ke rekening tersebut di atas.
