1 Sertifikat AJB + IMB (Bisa dibantu developer untuk upgrading AJB ke SHM)
2 Booking Fee sebesar 10.000.000 sudah termasuk harga rumah dan tidak bisa dikembalikan jika terjadi pembatalan sepihak dari pembeli.
3 Pembayaran baik transfer atau tunai melalui bank dianggap sah apabila ditransfer ke rekening resmi.
4 Bukti transfer atau setoran harap dikirim melalui WA 0857-20-400-157
5 Pembayaran DP, cicilan, atau sisa pembayaran dilakukan maksimal 14 hari dari tanggal diberikannya booking fee
6 DP bisa dicicil maksimal hingga 3 bulan. Pembangunan dimulai setelah DP lunas.
7 Penyelesaian pembangunan atau serah terima unit:
- Tipe 40, serah terima bangunan 6 bulan.
- Tipe 68, serah terima bangunan 8 bulan.
- Tipe 80, serah terima bangunan 10 bulan
8 Balik nama dan penyerahan surat (AJB) selama 6 bln bagi skema cash dan 12 bulan bagi skema KPRS
9 Harga belum termasuk BPHTB, Biaya Balik Nama, Upgrade AJB ke SHM, biaya credit analis (untuk KPRS), biaya notaris dll yang ditimbulkan oleh peraturan pemerintah
10 Harga sudah termasuk jaringan listrik, jaringan air bersih, taman dan IMB
