2. RULE # 1
 Never let a person touch your private
parts. It is wrong for an older person
to touch your private parts and ask
you to keep it a secret.
 Say NO and go and tell an Adult you
trust.
Explain to your child: It is never okay for an older child, or
adult to touch a child’s private part except for reasons of
health or hygiene and that too only by parents, other
caregivers, doctors or nurses.

3. RULE # 2
 If the first person you tell does
not believe you, go and tell
another adult.

4. RULE # 3
 Never tell the person who is
hurting you that you will tell on
him/her because they may hurt
you more.
