The FOODIE project aims to create a core data model and platform for sharing open farm data across Europe. The data model integrates information on agricultural facilities, farm activities, plots, and treatments. It is based on existing standards like INSPIRE and is implemented through a semantic server and front-end interfaces. The project involves 13 partners from 7 countries and will help farmers, advisors, and other stakeholders access and analyze agricultural data.

Manpower Recruitment Agencies in Pakistan
There is a huge list of manpower recruitment agencies in Pakistan, which makes confusions among the clients and create trust issues. The competition between the manpower recruitment agencies in Pakistan is so much that people usually end up with the unauthentic and unprofessional human resource consultants for overseas employment that it leaves them and their money in jeopardy. Even among the top manpower recruitment agencies in Pakistan, there are some which do not keep the standards of an overseas placement consultant and provide the unsatisfactory services in terms of employment, recruitment, human resource and consultancy. The lower quality of services among the manpower suppliers leave a very few standardized manpower consultants, who can actually provide the meritorious employment and human resource, overseas. Most of the placement consultants forget their promises and agreement made with reference to standard employment, recruitment and human resource. With "Abdul Ghaffar and Sons", your details are promisingly safe as we work with the ultimate professionalism for recruiting and employment as a placement consultants. We are bound to provide the transcendent assistance being classified as the best human resource consultant in Pakistan. We offer the packages that no other placement consultant can offer you.
You will find no other Pakistani recruitment agency to offer you such a blend of services in overseas employment and placement. The list of manpower recruitment agencies in Pakistan must be huge, but only a few actually fit the frame. "Abdul Ghaffar and Sons" is one Pakistani recruitment agency to fulfill the criteria of top manpower recruitment agencies in Pakistan.

A modern web browser supports a surprising number of protocols designed for fast, efficient, and secure communication. Even though some goals of these protocols might overlap, their features are different enough to make them all worth our attention. This session focuses on HTTP/2, SSE, and WebSocket. It is based on experience gained during development of popular Jersey and Tyrus libraries. It explains all mentioned protocols and compares them, in both theory and practice, using java-based examples.

Pitfalls of migrating projects to JDK 9Pavel Bucek
Java 9 brings revolutionary changes. There is a big difference between their adoption and adoption of similarly revolutionary features of Java 8: lambdas and streams could gradually be included in a project, but Jigsaw requires some significant changes to the existing code. Jersey and Tyrus are popular open source libraries of considerable size and cherish backward compatibility. This session presents lessons learned during a migration to Java 9 and adoption of Jigsaw features. The nature of the projects and their features—such as resource injection or scanning and using user-provided (thus unknown, in standard dependency view) classes—make the migration particularly interesting and informative for future Java 9 adopters.

Techniques to optimize the pagerank algorithm usually fall in two categories. One is to try reducing the work per iteration, and the other is to try reducing the number of iterations. These goals are often at odds with one another. Skipping computation on vertices which have already converged has the potential to save iteration time. Skipping in-identical vertices, with the same in-links, helps reduce duplicate computations and thus could help reduce iteration time. Road networks often have chains which can be short-circuited before pagerank computation to improve performance. Final ranks of chain nodes can be easily calculated. This could reduce both the iteration time, and the number of iterations. If a graph has no dangling nodes, pagerank of each strongly connected component can be computed in topological order. This could help reduce the iteration time, no. of iterations, and also enable multi-iteration concurrency in pagerank computation. The combination of all of the above methods is the STICD algorithm. [sticd] For dynamic graphs, unchanged components whose ranks are unaffected can be skipped altogether.

Levelwise PageRank with Loop-Based Dead End Handling Strategy : SHORT REPORT ...Subhajit Sahu
Abstract — Levelwise PageRank is an alternative method of PageRank computation which decomposes the input graph into a directed acyclic block-graph of strongly connected components, and processes them in topological order, one level at a time. This enables calculation for ranks in a distributed fashion without per-iteration communication, unlike the standard method where all vertices are processed in each iteration. It however comes with a precondition of the absence of dead ends in the input graph. Here, the native non-distributed performance of Levelwise PageRank was compared against Monolithic PageRank on a CPU as well as a GPU. To ensure a fair comparison, Monolithic PageRank was also performed on a graph where vertices were split by components. Results indicate that Levelwise PageRank is about as fast as Monolithic PageRank on the CPU, but quite a bit slower on the GPU. Slowdown on the GPU is likely caused by a large submission of small workloads, and expected to be non-issue when the computation is performed on massive graphs.

resolution
• Suggested satellite survey is based on the free available data of
Landsat 8 or in 2015 launched Sentinel-2.
• The main information are vegetation indices NDVI and EVI
• The absolute values of VI, their relative to mean value of the
field and change detection will be implemented for assessment
