This document provides an introduction to the concept of One Health. It explains that One Health takes a holistic and collaborative approach by recognizing the interdependence of human, animal, and environmental health. The document outlines an agenda for a workshop on One Health that will include activities like mapping interactions between wildlife, domestic animals, people and the environment to identify opportunities for intervention. It will also involve brainstorming the different stakeholders involved in public health emergencies and creating profiles for team members. Guidelines for collaboration within a One Health team will be developed. The workshop aims to teach lessons around communication and collaboration across disciplines and with external partners.

Gibbs reflective cycle offers many of the steps I find necessary to diagnose, rationalize and perceive outcomes in my decision making. It is my utilization of these 6 interests that allows me to first question an experience, associate my involvement, outline relative options, make deductions on capacity and approximate expectancies as they relate to improvement/sustainability of outcomes (EPM, 2019).
My strengths and weaknesses are correlations of one another and can often be classified as my need to utilize both clinical and statistical approaches (Ruscio, 2006).The problem is that I want to believe despite actual proof, in some methods of pseudoscience but on the other hand, I find myself critiquing various works based on merit, research and the application study *. Division of these practices can become hard when approaching both, professional and interpersonal concerns based on how the concern is derived. This in return could prove costly on a reliability front (Ruscio, 2006). Developing a governance to my approach where I can question my own work as well as they work of others while practicing the skills obtained for study and research is my ultimate goal. I feel as though our introduction into psychology has established a structure within us all that stands to improve the methods developed, utilized and appropriated. I want to be a part of a generation where I can be told that this is a misdiagnosis and be offered support in determine the correct methods of treatment. Being overconfidence has driven many of our fields research and study and must be accountable when necessary if it stands to negatively affect those treated or studied (Ruscio, 2006).
Self reflection
Remembering to evaluate myself is a good place to start given the barriers overconfidence can create in any individual (Ruscio, 2006). In many cases, perfection is not the goal but growth and improvement are acceptable. In many professions, I believe one can be bolstered by position alone and this can be dangerous to the importance to the professional and their patient's needs. Continued education and a development of periodic evaluation can help me personally understand my own development and how I can better affect the outcomes in my decisions (EPM, 2019). Remaining open to criticism and change also aids in the realization that I, too, am human and require development much like the individuals I assist.

Goals of the Plan
To become a reputable healthcare provider, an individual need to find balance between their personal and professional. The goal of my professional goal plan is to help me develop holistic from both specs, that is, personally and professionally. The plan will aim at the following:
· Helping gain the necessary competence required in the healthcare setting to provide high quality medical services.
· To protect myself and colleagues around me from unnecessary physical, psychological and social hazards that may come when we are working together.
· To create a communal working environment where myself and my colleagues can work in team work to deliver quality services to the patients.
· To prevent work-related gender-based violence among my colleagues at work and hence create harmonious environment for the working of us all.
· Help me know how to work with various stakeholders from the profession for better dispersal of the health services to our clients.
The plan will not be accomplished without a proper timeline being drafted. A timeline acts as the driver of the whole plan, driving it from the very start to its end (Lindner et al., 2019). As a result, we will come with an elaborate plan for the whole process. It is as follows:

As healthcare providers, we need to carry out a self-evaluation for us to be able to understand if we can meet the requirements of the issue. Therefore, I decided to come up with this action plan.

The first thing that should be noted is that psych nursing is a recent academic option, which is highly relevant that more people are trained in it and help to broaden and deepen the scientific foundation of the care it offers. Although the psych nurses are already able to carry out different activities without the need for another health professional to indicate them, it is important that they can acquire greater independence so that their contribution is even greater, which is my first professional development goal. Therefore, the degree in psych nursing must be strengthened, with studies and evidence that allow the framework of the work of those who practice it to grow and, in turn, encourage its professionals to intervene promptly to avoid complicating the medical situation of a patient.

The body requires a healthy diet and once at a time physical activity to ensure healthy lives, but contrary to that unhealthy diets and inactivity contribute to chronic diseases such as diabetes, cancer or cardiovascular diseases. Improving diets and physical activity will actually reduce disease and deaths on the target community that is currently is something World Health Organization started an initiative for member states to adopt diet, physical activity, and disease prevention.
This health promotion activity is directed towards the local community and specifically the elderly, mainly because they are the section of the population that is likely to be attacked by such diseases, but also the other population section is affected. So, the focus will be on the physicians and nutritionists who will come in and help with this campaign. This is because the younger population like the millennials mostly focus on healthy living with going vegan or regularly visiting the gym in the pursuit of following trends. This will not be a problem for this age group.
The possible stakeholders will be both the government and the private sectors, in the sense that other workplaces have policies in place that support physical activity and proper diet for their workers for the sole purpose of productivity in the workplace. They initiatives in place that include: maybe having walking meetings, provide healthy diet solutions at the workplace by inviting nutritionists and many other ways. The expected results include a healthy community, and maybe possibly pass the message wide enough that it can be a worldwide movement that is of course after ensuring the point is taken in this local community. Hence this is the best health promotion activity for this target population because I believe knowledge is power whereby it acts as prevention, which will bring the collaboration of various professions in the clinical practice.

The body requires a healthy diet and once at a time physical activity to ensure healthy lives, but contrary to that unhealthy diets and inactivity contribute to chronic diseases such as diabetes, cancer or cardiovascular diseases. Improving diets and physical activity will actually reduce disease and deaths on the target community that is currently is something World Health Organization started an initiative for member states to adopt diet, physical activity, and disease prevention.
This health promotion activity is directed towards the local community and specifically the elderly, mainly because they are the section of the population that is likely to be attacked by such diseases, but also the other population section is affected. So, the focus will be on the physicians and nutritionists who will come in and help with this campaign. This is because the younger population like the millennials mostly focus on healthy living with going vegan or regularly visiting the gym in the pursuit of following trends. This will not be a problem for this age group.
The possible stakeholders will be both the government and the private sectors, in the sense that other workplaces have policies in place that support physical activity and proper diet for their workers for the sole purpose of productivity in the workplace. They initiatives in place that include: maybe having walking meetings, provide healthy diet solutions at the workplace by inviting nutritionists and many other ways. The expected results include a healthy community, and maybe possibly pass the message wide enough that it can be a worldwide movement that is of course after ensuring the point is taken in this local community. Hence this is the best health promotion activity for this target population because I believe knowledge is power whereby it acts as prevention, which will bring the collaboration of various professions in the clinical practice.

The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center, will provide insight into new directions in targeted therapeutic approaches for older adults with mantle cell lymphoma.
STATEMENT OF NEED
Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is a rare, aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) accounting for 5% to 7% of all lymphomas. Its prognosis ranges from indolent disease that does not require treatment for years to very aggressive disease, which is associated with poor survival (Silkenstedt et al, 2021). Typically, MCL is diagnosed at advanced stage and in older patients who cannot tolerate intensive therapy (NCCN, 2022). Although recent advances have slightly increased remission rates, recurrence and relapse remain very common, leading to a median overall survival between 3 and 6 years (LLS, 2021). Though there are several effective options, progress is still needed towards establishing an accepted frontline approach for MCL (Castellino et al, 2022). Treatment selection and management of MCL are complicated by the heterogeneity of prognosis, advanced age and comorbidities of patients, and lack of an established standard approach for treatment, making it vital that clinicians be familiar with the latest research and advances in this area. In this activity chaired by Michael Wang, MD, Professor in the Department of Lymphoma & Myeloma at MD Anderson Cancer Center, expert faculty will discuss prognostic factors informing treatment, the promising results of recent trials in new therapeutic approaches, and the implications of treatment resistance in therapeutic selection for MCL.

Estas diretrizes visam melhorar a qualidade dos cuidados pós-natais essenciais e de rotina prestados às mulheres e aos recém-nascidos, com o objetivo final de melhorar a saúde e o bem-estar materno e neonatal.
