This document discusses plans to film a documentary about the history of Liverpool's Cavern Club. It will tell the story of the club from its beginnings as a jazz club, through the years it launched the Beatles' career, and up to modern performances. The filmmaker intends to shoot footage inside the club early in the day to capture the best shots, and include archival performance footage with smooth transitions. The documentary will be informed by two bibliographic sources that detail the Cavern Club's history and role in music.
