This project analyzes Arcane Distro, a clothing store located in Bandung, West Java, and provides suggestions using servicecape management methods. Arcane is established in 2008 and known for selling carnival clothing. Currently, Arcane has a poor servicecape condition with an unorganized layout, poor lighting, and limited space. The presentation provides a SWOT analysis and identifies competitors. Suggestions include redesigning the store layout to improve customer flow, lighting, and space utilization to enhance the customer experience and strengthen Arcane's brand.

Retail media wordt gezien als het nieuwe advertising-medium en ook mediabureaus richten massaal retail media-afdelingen op. Merken die niet in de betreffende winkel liggen staan ook nog niet in de rij om op de retail media netwerken te adverteren. Marvin belicht de uitdagingen die er zijn om echt aansluiting te vinden op die markt van non-endemic advertising.

• Arcane is a small distro which is located at Jl. Trunojoyo no.
8 which mean arcane located at strategic location, because
of the that arcane have a lot of potential customer but
because services cape management on arcane is bad, so a
lot of potential customer change their destination. Arcane
has a very small shop so need a good layout but the owner
does not realize that.
• Arcane Have a good unique selling point, in this case arcane
sell a good sneaker. Many sneaker users believe that sneaker
at arcane have a good quality so they still come to Arcane.
Arcane also sell various kinds of good clothing. Based on this
reason, we chose Arcane as a service cape project.
26. CONCEPT.
OBJECTIVE OF SCM
To attract the segmented customers, and encourage them
to come into the store and hopefully make a purchase. By,
applying the Servicescape management, it hopes that
customers will be satisfied with their service experience in
Arcane. Moreover, by branding emphasizing the concept of
Arcane distro through the physical evidences, it will increase
the customer’s satisfaction and their perception of quality
and brand of Arcane.
27. Outcome of SCM
The outcome of the application of Servicescape
management in Arcane distro is a more conceptual and
comfort store area, which will increase the number of
customer and their satisfaction of the service experience,
and at the end, increasing the sales of Arcane products, and
strengthen the brand.
