1) PASPL will Charter the Vessels on Voyage /Charter basis initially for own cargo of PASPL
  of almost 1 million Iron Ore and 0.5million of Blast Furnace Slag.


2) To provide Voyage Chartering to domestic clients of various states viz.Orissa,Karnataka and Goa
  For Ex: OMC, Krishna, HRG, BMM and KMMI etc..


3) To provide Any Destination Bound; Voyage Chartering services.


4) Future Planning : Time Chartering Services and Period Chartering Services.


5) To establish Overseas Office as per Management Approval of Location.


6) The New Department shall have the Organogram per following Slide.

2) PASPL + P.Co Hong Kong will book Turn Over separately at respective places.


3) PASPL will Buy / Trade over P.Co.Hongkong.


4) PASPL will give CoG (Company Guarantee) for P.Co.Hongkong to establish in International Trade.


5) After 1 year, PASPL will sell the entity of P.Co Hongkong to other party.


6) PASPL CoG will be released in total.


7) With this, P.Co Hongkong will emerge at Independent Entity in International Market.


8) P.Co.Hongkong will be Independent International Trader.
ACTIVITY PROPOSED

1) P.Co. Hong Kong shall buy Iron Ore, Slag and Limestone from PASPL India.


2) The buying will on FOB (Freight on Board) basis from India.


3) P.Co.Hongkong shall effect onward sell on CNF/ CFR basis to various clients across Globe.


4) Negotiations at PASPL will be booked as Turn Over at India.


5) Negotiations at P.Co.Hongkong will be booked as Turn Over at that office.


6) APPROVAL SOUGHT FOR :


                                   1) At which Location PASPL's International Trade Office should be opened?

  • 13. 5 YEAR VISION (2009-10 TO 2014-15) DEPARTMENT: SHIP CHARTERING PASPL PASPL PASPL or or DUBAI HONGKONG SINGAPORE 1) PASPL will Charter the Vessels on Voyage /Charter basis initially for own cargo of PASPL of almost 1 million Iron Ore and 0.5million of Blast Furnace Slag. 2) To provide Voyage Chartering to domestic clients of various states viz.Orissa,Karnataka and Goa For Ex: OMC, Krishna, HRG, BMM and KMMI etc.. 3) To provide Any Destination Bound; Voyage Chartering services. 4) Future Planning : Time Chartering Services and Period Chartering Services. 5) To establish Overseas Office as per Management Approval of Location. 6) The New Department shall have the Organogram per following Slide.

BUSINESS PLAN - FOR APPROVAL DEPARTMENT: INTERNATIONAL TRADE ( Rs.Cr) 1) PASPL will sell all Ore and Shipments to P.Co.Hongkong for 6 months / 1 year. 2) PASPL + P.Co Hong Kong will book Turn Over separately at respective places. 3) PASPL will Buy / Trade over P.Co.Hongkong. 4) PASPL will give CoG (Company Guarantee) for P.Co.Hongkong to establish in International Trade. 5) After 1 year, PASPL will sell the entity of P.Co Hongkong to other party. 6) PASPL CoG will be released in total. 7) With this, P.Co Hongkong will emerge at Independent Entity in International Market. 8) P.Co.Hongkong will be Independent International Trader.

Hong Kong shall buy Iron Ore, Slag and Limestone from PASPL India. 2) The buying will on FOB (Freight on Board) basis from India. 3) P.Co.Hongkong shall effect onward sell on CNF/ CFR basis to various clients across Globe. 4) Negotiations at PASPL will be booked as Turn Over at India. 5) Negotiations at P.Co.Hongkong will be booked as Turn Over at that office. 6) APPROVAL SOUGHT FOR : 1) At which Location PASPL's International Trade Office should be opened?
