With more than 20 years’ experience in diverse industry sectors like Elevators, Automotive,
Marine Engines and Energy; leading business units as General Manager, Supply Chain,
After Sales and Customer Service, Operations and Quality, I ingathered experiences, skills
and expertise empowering my adaptation capabilities through open mindset, high degrees of
flexibility and hands-on driven know- how.
Challenge and opportunities together with humor and optimism are the most powerful drivers
of my motivation, contributing through experience and commitment to success and personal
achievement.
As leader of cross functional teams with up to 106 employed, I strengthened my skills as
Manager of Managers through transparent processes, open and honest encouragement,
earning trust and recognition and developing true teamwork, not without firm principles and
ethic to performance driven success.
I have had the opportunity to lead in prosperous times as well as hard crisis, having learned
that focusing on problems just prevent damages, but focusing on opportunities bring growing
results, positivity and passion to go always beyond.
As every purpose of a business is the customer, to compete in an increasingly demanding
global market, change is absolute critical to meet or exceed customers’ expectations. Getting
the awareness of customer satisfaction is essential, guided and demonstrated by teaching
moments, acting as a role model and implementing coherent strategies.
And finally indicators which openly show the validity of our decisions and making clear cut
about what we are held responsible for, building a foreseeable recognition system to
enhance challenge and select the best performers.
Nonetheless, this drive is tested every day by drawbacks and general refusal for change in
the teams, but firm foundations show results even at mid- long term. Impatience is a flaw to
overcome with conscious and realistic horizons and viewable targets and impetus is the edge
that smoothest with prime of life.
I am married to an Austrian wife and have 2 children, Silvia (10) and Daniel (8). We live
happily in the outskirts of Madrid, are passionate travelers and mountain hikers always
spiced with storytelling sourced from my backpack travels in my youth, avid reading of
adventures, exploration and anthropology and own creativity.
