2. INTRODUCTION
I was told that I need to compile a catalogue of photos (ten
at minimum) and that my images had to fit into one of the
given categories.
The category I have chosen is ‘Life’.
In this powerpoint I will show the ways in which I went from
drawing boards to the finished image production.

10. IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS
• Before I went out to take my photos I had to consider some important things.
These were :
• The location
• The area in which I would take photos – eg. Countryside or populted area
• If I need permission to photograph the chosen area or object
• What equipment I will need
• Aperture, shutter speed and exposure
• If I will use models in my photos
• Props
• Health and safety precautions – create a risk assessment

Due to the size limitations my client would be unable to steal the
photos easily. If they did take the photos, the quality would be
very low anyway meaning they would still need to purchase the
original photos from me.

20. RESEARCH TO PRINTING
• Next, I had to find a photograph printing firm to make a professional
photograph printed on professional paper.
• The choices of paper are matte and glossy, I have chosen matte because
my image is very bright and glossy paper might overdo it.
