  • #12 Less is more is good but sometimes, emotional elements matter (a lot). Often, more emotion is better than less. Make it fun, make it scary, make it sad, but make it emotional. Design can bring clarity, art can help bring meaning. Google has nothing here that isn’t essential but it is playful and fun.
