Originally from Piedmont, Italy, Camillo has spent more than 50 years making wines in Baja, He grows over 110 different grape varietals on his various ranches. • Made with 80% Chardonnay, 20% Vermentino • Vineyard Source: Valle de Guadalupe • Aging: 6 months • Barrel: 100% Stainless Steel
- 10. BRUMA “OCHO” ROSE • Winemaker Lulu Martinez Ojeda – Trained and worked in Margaux for 10 years. She has played a big part in bringing attention from France to Mexico. She was instrumental in bringing Bodegas Henri Lurton to Baja Now at Bruma, she makes both classic and experimental wines. • 100% Sangiovese • Vineyard Source: Valle de Guadalupe • Aging: 6 months • Barrel: 100% Stainless Steel Suggested Pairings: Chef Hussong loves to pair this with his seafood tacos. Grilled octopus, Aguachile, and pork.
