international distribution structure
which includes over eighty distributors in over
seventy countries. During the last years, Samarit
has developed subsidiaries in Canada, France,
Spain, Italy and Germany.
4. During the years Samarit has developed many
more intelligent nursing aids to supper care.

• Alberto has been the first introducing in the Italian market small
equipment for moving&handling patients. Working directly on the field
with professional users in hospitals and nursing homes he has
created a market niche that didn’t exist before.
• Since 1998 Samarit products have been successfully introduced in
more than 600 institutions all over Italy including public hospitals,
private clinics, nursing homes, rehabilitation centres, etc.
• Hundreds of professional users have been informed, trained and
supported.
• His responsibilities include general management, sales & marketing,
operations management, strategic planning, sales
promotion, technical support to the sales network (local
distributors/wholesalers), training to the customers, management of
tenders and negotiations with public and private hospitals, budgeting
and financial planning.
