This document discusses the author's experience learning HTML and creating their first few websites using Web Expression 3.0. It covers creating a simple initial site with basic styling, using the split screen view to build and preview the site, adding images with trial and error to find the correct file path, successfully inserting a table to neatly display information, and leaving the homepage for last due to concerns about adding multiple links in a good layout. The author found the table syntax difficult at first but was able to figure it out and add all images following the specifications provided in their tutorial.
