People with special needs
 They are individuals who differ distinctly
from ordinary people in mental or physical
aspects .
 They include :
1. Individuals with disabilities .
2. Talented individuals .

Individuals with disabilities
Disability may be due to two main reasons:
1. Hereditary reasons .
2. Environmental reasons .

Types of disabilities :
1. Medical disability .
2. Behavioral disabilities .
3. Learning disability .
4. Mental handicap .
5. Growth inhibition .

The rights of individuals with
disabilities

 The right to early detection and medical
consultation .
 The right to education and training .
 The right to work and economic sufficiency .
 The right to travel and entertainment.
 The right to participate in the social policy of
the State and the right to choice and decision-
making .
 Spread awareness and attention to their cause,
and not to be separated from society issues .

 Provision of public utilities that match their
needs and abilities .

How to deal with individuals with
disabilities

Deal with them as normal so as not hurting their
feelings :
- don't try to ask disabled individuals about their
health problems because they're trying to forget
them.
- In the case of blind individuals , if you sit in a
room with them , it is good to describe the room
and its components & persons in the room.

- Encourage them to engage with the family in all
social activities because the person who has a
disability is inherently unsocial .

Talented : a person whose performance and
capabilities are of high quality compared
with people of the same age , shows high
intelligence & genius that exceeds his age ,
shows high Intellectual , creative , technical
or leadership skills .

 Through genetics .
 Through upbringing, education and the
daily contact with people.

 Preparation of good environment for serving the
country & its renaissance.
 Understand the capabilities and direct them
towards the right path.

disease that caused his gradual paralysis .

“The Miracle of Humanity “ , who at 19
months old caught an illness which might
have been scarlet fever or meningitis, the
illness left her both deaf and blind , she
learned writing and pronunciation then she
learned English, French, German and Latin
languages and entered the university and
graduated then devoted for writing and
authoring .

won the first place
