Tribal communities in India are increasingly facing livelihood insecurity due to climate change, which adversely impacts factors such as water resources, agriculture, and biodiversity. The study investigates the challenges faced by four different tribal ethnic groups in various agro-climatic zones, emphasizing the need for tailored adaptation and mitigation strategies, as well as recognition of indigenous knowledge in policymaking. Effective interventions are crucial for enhancing resilience and preserving both cultural identities and ecosystems amidst climate-related disruptions.
