1. Governance / Portfolio Management
• Stakeholder engagement in project selection and
prioritization
2. Strategic Plan
• Develop new ITD strategic plan with alignment to ISO 9000
objectives
3. Project Management Framework
• Implement formal industry standard framework for the
management of projects
4. Procurement Governance
• Facilitate sharing sessions on what is actually used in UL
• Improved coordination of licencing purchases
• Long Term- Governance through policies and procedures
5. IT and the Student Experience
• Assist in sharing of best practice in use of ICTs in teaching
and learning (greater alignment with ITD and T&L)
• Long Term- move to single or defined platforms for students
