This document presents information about a company that uses an AI platform to help locate missing persons. The company claims it can find missing people in months rather than years by creating targeted marketing campaigns for each person using data from its AI system. It generates emotional profiles and search patterns to focus efforts. Revenue comes from sponsors of the campaigns and advertisers on the company's website. Projections estimate $30 million in revenue within three years from a 2% market share of the 600,000 people reported missing annually in the US. The company is seeking an $800,000 investment.
This presentation outlines a proposal for a for-profit business called Video Locators that helps find missing and wanted people. It summarizes:
1) Video Locators would create emotional stories and market missing persons cases on social media, which research shows increases brand awareness and profits compared to just listing basic details.
2) The business would get corporate sponsors to help fund individual cases in return for marketing promotions.
3) Based on average monthly search volumes, the founders estimate that with 100 sponsored cases per month generating $250,000 in revenue, the business could earn $3 million annually within its second year.

The document discusses a company that finds missing persons by marketing their stories to sponsors to fund marketing campaigns. It notes that over 600,000 people are reported missing each year according to the FBI. The company has outranked competitors in website traffic for the last 4 years. With an estimated 2% market share in the third year, they could find 12,000 missing people and generate $30 million in marketing costs covered by sponsors. Case studies show the company can locate people missing for many years within a few months. Proper funding and staffing could allow them to reach full potential in the third year.

1. I would say that Domino’s focuses on the shareholder perspective. This is largely in part to the fact that when you visit their website, right off the bat they have a tab for investors (aka future stakeholders). Looking even deeper into the website, it has multiple sections where it talks about the returns made to investors, its competitive advantage of using effective business strategies, as well as stock pricing and past amounts made in the stock market.
2. Some disadvantages of using the shareholder perspective for a company is first off, that information is always retroactive. You’re constantly looking at past successes hoping that they will follow suit and predict future trends. A huge issue with this is the notion of correlation doesn’t account for causation. Furthermore, it is just a small glimpse of the company itself. This information isn’t always compared to outside forces giving it a very narrow view.

Question 1:
I believe Domino’s Pizza is focusing on the shareholder perspective. Under the strengths section they mention they are the largest pizza company in the world based on global retail sales, and the number one pizza delivery company in the United States. Also, they emphasize technological innovations and product innovations. For example, by focusing on technology customers can reorder their favorite menu item in less than 30 seconds. Potential and current investors will see these strengths and how Domino’s is planning to sustain a competitive advantage in the pizza industry, which in turn will have more people investing in Domino’s and hoping for a nice return on their investment.
Question 2:
One disadvantage of the shareholder perspective is macroeconomic factors. Right now the unemployment rate is really high in Michigan and the country due to the corona virus. This has caused a lot of stocks to plummet and lose value. By solely focusing on the shareholder perspective one can lose sight of other important advantages of company. Another disadvantage of the shareholder perspective is the psychological mood of investors. For example, there are times when stocks have a lot of hype around them causing people to panic buy which inflates the value of the stock. In reality, the stock should not be valued that high. Typically, after a few weeks of excitement surrounding the stock, it adjusts to appropriate value which usually means people lose money on their investment.

Your Customer's Journey in the Social EraTara Hunt
I presented this at the United Benefits Advisors' spring conference in May - to answer the question, "Why would benefits advisors use social media?" I presented it like this:
The customer journey is non-linear and unpredictable. It goes online/offline/and more. You need to be on that path in as many places as possible. Social is a good chunk of that now.
This is the talk I gave at Goodwill's Summer Learning event in Atlanta, GA on August 10, 2010. It covers how to help your employees go online and socialize your brand, how to measure their efforts, and how to handle some archetypes of social media crises.
The document discusses identity resolution, which is the process of linking disparate data about a person's online and offline activity to build a complete profile, or "360 degree view". This allows marketers to reach real people across channels rather than just cookies or bots. The author provides statistics showing that currently only 25% of digital ad spending reaches real humans. Their company, Bridge, offers an identity resolution service that helps strengthen customer data in a privacy-compliant way and improves targeting to actually reach real people.
Social Media to Enable Sales for Natwest Summer Time TalkJane Frankland
Social Media Marketing is an enabler for sales but only if it's used strategically - as part of a sales and marketing campaign. Without a sales plan and a sales strategy it's a time suck - a total waste of time. Participating in a social media marketing campaign can deliver a return on your investment. This presentation looks at this. It also hints at how social networks can also be used to improve business processes and internal team training. With 7 platforms to cover along with key wins for each of them it's sure to entertain.

Instagram has become one of the most popular social media platforms, allowing people to share photos, videos, and stories with their followers. Sometimes, though, you might want to view someone's story without them knowing.

2. WHAT WE DO
We find the missing in months instead of
years.
FBI states there are over 600,000 missing
yearly and if not located in 72 it usually turns
into years. Average term is 7 years.
We create a marketing campaigns including
all forms of marketing
Families pay nothing
3. Missing people is nothing new and started with
mans first appearance
They still post on poles or on charity websites
but just with basic information is given and
police contact.
Most websites are singular in the category and post an
image with only basic information and there they sit.
Most charity website have a short life-span. For profit
and 99.99% are no more than background checking
sites. All with in increasing monthly fees
4. Helping People Find The Missing in their lives
Only 15% or less are found in 72 hours or turns into
years.
The average time someone is missing is 7 years FBI
The other 85% still are missing & that’s why we’re here.
We’re find people in months not years and we’re not a
charity
5. • There was a mother whose son had been missing for almost 6 years and we found a
mother's son in 6 months.
• Family separation one parent took a 7-year-old son out of the country we went to
work and located in 5 months. This is because of our AI use of integration of data
• Most unusual case, two sisters wanted to find their older brother they haven’t seen in
31 years. First hint of doubt in our system, we shouldn’t have and found him in 5
months.
• We have an AL platform. As most in the field understand, AI is a thinking process
that mimics the human mind, logical reasoning, behavior and habits to achieve a
particular goal. We’ve combined this with our analytics and demographics of an
individual search.
• For 21 years a women had no idea where is brother was and we reunited them in
just 3 months.
Our algorithm is supporting models targeted at loops that tie thinking, perception, and
behaviors that are guided by an individual emotions, characteristics and habits.
•Most of the success is due to our AI Platform
6. 1. We market the emotional real stories several times on social media using
our emotional search pattern, created by our secret sauce and our AI
platform.
2. Edit photo to enrich the appeal and eliminate unneeded background
3. Write an emotional or personal story surrounding the circumstance of the
person missing, not just submitting basic raw data.
4. Submit the stories to the news media, promote social media, promote on
daily. Demographic targeting with AI. This all directed by our emotional
search patterns, not by keyword searches or just PPC.
5. For the family we create 30-second+ videos for TV and streaming on social
media
6. Other packages will include DNA, facial recognition, fingerprint login, etc.
7. .
We’re different with our AI platform creating a tighter demographic focus on finding the missing by
marketing their stories and on a for-profit platform. Marketing campaigns formulated with emotional
search patterns.
Most charities or other competitors put up information like this:
Picture, City. Stat and standard information
WE CREATE A STORYLINE ABOUT A MISSING PERSON, THEIR DEMOGRAPHIC PROFILE
EXAMPLE:
15-year-old teen runaway
Parent and teen debate about going on a date and seeing a boy
We learn about the family structure and any frictions therein
When she's upset, she'll push her red hair aside on the right side only.
Her favorite pizza is Pepperoni. Green peppers, Sausage.
Loved Math but hated English literature
The data allows us to create and individualized marketing campaign & its own emotional search
patterns
OUR AI SYSTEM ALLOWS US TO COMBINE OUR DATA TO GENERATE A
STRONGER AND MORE COST EFECTIVE INDIVIDUAL MARKETING CAMPAIGN
8. Our marketing strategy is designed to increase
market share for our services, using a range of
marketing tools but the main is our marketing
method that our AI integrating and creates
Emotional Search Patterns. Then we create and
individual marketing campaign.
Remember, people like stories about people
9. Pre-money valuations are $3.1 Million / Gust.com 2017
Most fundable 2022 / Pepperdine Business Review
Outranking all competitors while still in Beta and this hasn't happened
since 2007 / Alexa.com 2018 - 2022
It will have a market value of $500+ Million after funding within 3-4
years / Google Sr. Program Engineer retired
10. Most services base their success on
search volume numbers, we structure
our success on demographic strength
Our revenue comes from two sources:
Sponsors year 1 & 2 on the investment of $800,000
Advertisers on our site
Initial funding sponsors will generate as follows:
Year two - $1.2 Million
Year three - $30,9 Million + Advertisers $850,000
The simple math, 600,000 reported missing each year and if we
acquire only 2% = 12,000 x $2,500. = $30 Million.
11. OUR COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE
In finding the missing we post images and some information, but
anyone can do that. We have a unique AI platform that is free standing
and not part of the web platform.
The information obtain is also about the family structure and
conditions. None of the AI platform as stated is part of the web or the
company’s network, so access is internal only.
The information is then used in creating a demographic marketing plan
for that individual that is targeted to obtaining a truer search pattern in
locating by their personality traits and habits.
This shows our competitive positive is strong and yet still offers us
flexibility needed to grow and make changes in real time.
12. OUR OBJECTIVE IS SIMPLE
Helping people find the missing in people’s lives
Consumers pay nothing and sponsor share 100% in
all marketing
We have the numbers that are supported by two
major online analytical services
www.videolocators.com www.vlocators.com
13. FUNDING / Investment option
Valuation per Gust.com 2017 $ 3.1 Million
Funding Valuation 3-5 years $ 5 Million
Offer considered based on current par value $1.00 per share.
TWO OBJECTIVES:
Finding the missing
As a corporation with longevity
14. Once investment arrives
Watch Us & Watch Out
There isn’t another company like us that has an AI platform
We can’t be copied because the catchup would be too costly
Once funded we’ll own the market in 3 years
Remember we can’t run out of users unless everyone leaves planet
earth. So, our longevity is solid
