Ten
Preaching Tips
1. What I preach with
my words and what I
 preach with my life
   should match.
Ask yourself 3 questions:
   ¿Does my family
     believe me?
   ¿How about my
       friends?
    ¿I’m I living it?
2. Without a clear
plan, I will preach
always about the
   same thing.
The single most
important element in
     effective
 communication is
     “focus”.

 sometimes painful,
 always necessary.

  of an audience is

              say

6. If you want to
impress the audience,
    talk about your
successes. If you want
 to impact them, talk
    about failures.
When you share your
          testimony
     1. Careful, but real.
2. Talk more about the power
of God than the allure of sin.
 3. Ask permission if using a
  private or personal story.
8. The audience
determines the
    content.
Questions before you preach
   What are their needs?
  What are their interests?
  What are their dreams?
 What can they understand?
    What are their hurts?
         So what?
9. The key to
improving your
 preaching is…
  preaching!
Many said they feared death less
      than public speaking.
1.The more you do it, the better
              you get.
2.Fear never leaves, you just learn
       to manage it better.
3.The better prepared you are the
      better luck you have.
10. No matter where
you start, always end
     at the cross.
