 Overview of POM schema and non-schema architecture for managing Teamcenter data in

 Creating custom schema and non-schema objects like Item, Form, Dataset, etc. and LOV’s, Note
types, Status, etc. respectively.
 Adding custom properties to Business objects like Persistent, Compound and Relation property.
 Creating custom business rule such as Naming Rule, Revision naming rule, GRM Rule, Display
Rule, Deep Copy Rule and creating Alternate and Alias IDs.
 Defining Pre Condition, Pre action, Post action using Legacy operations.
 Configuring server connection profile in BMIDE for hot deployment of custom template.
 Installation of 2 Tier Rich client:
 Installation and configuration of database server (Oracle).
 Installing Corporate server, Volume server, 2 Tier Rich client and BMIDE using TEM, Teamcenter
Environment Manager.
 Installation of 4 Tier Thin and Rich client:

 Project details : To create and done testing on custom action handler which will send alerts to
the respective task owner in the form of mail as the task approaches deadline.
 Responsibility:
 Setup Microsoft Visual Studio Environment.
 Use Workflow Designer Application of Teamcenter.
 Custom code written to attach custom Action Handler to the Workflow process.
 Use of ITK function EPM_register_action_handler and a custom function pointer.
 Custom code to send mails to respective task owners using batch utility
tc_mail_smtp.exe.
 Done white box testing, unit testing and performance testing execute test cases.
