How to lead people in worship?
You must be physically, emotionally, mentally
and spiritually ready to worship God.
Be on time. Start exactly on time.
Always bring your Bible with you.
Your energy is contagious. Even the tone of your
voice will set the congregation into the mood you
display.
Always wear the appropriate attire.
You are encouraged to sit in front.
How to lead people in worship?
Feel free to communicate & coordinate with the
PAW team, Media team and the Pastor.
What does a church media
team/technical do?
Primary responsibilities include overseeing
media and technical aspects of worship
services and managing updates on all
digital media platforms.
How to develop & improve the Church’s
Media/Tech. Team
• Learn the basics about the technology that
you were assigned.
• Practice the pre-service planning.
• Maintain a weekly recap of Sunday’s service.
• Freedom to make last-minute changes.
• Coordinate with the worship team/pastor
• Come to church earlier than the others.
• Be ready to assist the team.
• Fix everything before you leave the church

people on singing
3. Don’t do adlibs if you are not sure. Be natural
4. Don’t mind the errors just trust your-self and
continue
5. Don’t cut/end right away the song, anticipate
momentum

7. Avoid monotone, give the power of each song

scale

Avoid using too much words.
