This document provides instructions for setting up an audio recording during a meeting. It tells the reader to click on the speaker icon, move it to the right hand side, and then click "Format Audio" and "audio options" to change the setting so that the audio starts automatically. It also notes that each speaker should have 1 minute and 20 seconds to speak and that will leave time for an introduction, agenda, and conclusion totaling 1 minute.

1. Notice the speaker in the right hand side
I was recording this in car. You will notice a bunch of static.

2.  Click on the speaker. Move it to the right hand
side.
 Once you click on the speaker, you should see
in the toolbar in purple “Format Audio.” Click
on this button
 Directly below it click “audio options” change
it from click to start automatically.

3.  1 minute and 20 seconds per person.
 That will leave 15 seconds for the intro, 15
seconds for the agenda, and 30 seconds for the
conclusion.
