6. PROPOSED NAME OF THE BUSINESS
Our team decided to come up with a catchy
name for our product. We then combined the
words “Kamias” (the main ingredient of the
product) and “Asim” (purpose of the
seasoning). The name explains that the
product is a food seasoning which gives a
sour taste at a cheaper price.
8. The Organizational Structure of KAMIASIM
will be from the sole proprietor, the owner
will serve as the Manager as well as the
supervisor. The owner will be solely
responsible in all workers. The workforce
will be categorized from the employee who
will gather the raw materials; workers who
will process the raw materials, packaging
and distribution. There will be six to eight
labor forces.
9. The salary of the workers is based on the
rate of unskilled in Region II which is Php
3,000 per month.
The business uses the Theory Y as the
management style to run the workforce. The
workers will also have their trainings and
orientations. This will help the employees
learn the nature and objectives of the
business, and also to build a solid
foundation from which to build a positive
employment relationship.

owners of the carinderias in CLSU and
