2. ABOUT MAVJAT HOSPITAL
Mavjat Multispeciality Hospital is unit of Chunilal Mangalji Choksi
Charitable Trust. Mavjat Multispeciality Hospital is a 100 bedded
charitable Hospital with aim of providing Quality Healthcare services to
pro – poor at affordable rates. Mavjat Multispeciality Hospital is largest
Multispeciality Hospital of Banaskantha and southern Rajasthan.

3. INTRODUCTION
• The induction training includes orientation to the organisation’s
vision, mission and values. The induction training includes awareness
on staff rights and responsibilities and patient rights and
responsibilities.
• The goal of the induction program is to provide standardized
information on the policies, procedures, protocols and
documentation to be followed in the hospitals and to familiarize the
new recruits on the vision, goals and organizational structure of the
hospital.

4. IMPORTANCE
• To introduce And familiarize The new employee With their physical
environment ( hospitals department s ward, icu , ot.)
• To introduce the new employees to their colleagues and other staff.
• To ensure that the new employee understands the organization,
including its structure, goals , values and aims.
• To ensure that new nurse’s understands the policies and procedures
of the organization, including health and safety policies, manual
handling policies etc.
• To ensure that the new employee has an understanding of his / her
own roles and duties.
