4. conference venues
Meetings:
•For most meetings we have just booked a meeting room in the hotel.
•The joint meeting with students at the school for adults we have planned in
the library of the school, this we can reach by foot.
Catering:
•we booked for lunch on both days of work opportunities in the hotel;
