✤ Using everyday objects to symbolise diversity.
✤ We then looked at portraying racism through the use of objects.
✤ This is a simple yet effective way to show racism and inequality through the use of colour which is
engaging to the audience in order to express the issue.
✤ We would rather use colour than black and white as it would be more visually interesting.
Relating to Lectures
✤ We are using colour and everyday objects to represent
race, the use of connotation shows the association to
race rather than the literal appearance that we see.
✤ We believe that the use of colour will help show the
inequality of race still creating a powerful impact.
