Becoming Relentlessly Human-Centred in an AI World - Erin Patchell - SocialHR...SocialHRCamp
Speaker: Erin Patchell
Imagine a world where the needs, experiences, and well-being of people— employees and customers — are the focus of integrating technology into our businesses. As HR professionals, what tools exist to leverage AI and technology as a force for both people and profit? How do we influence a culture that takes a human-centred lens?
Accelerating AI Integration with Collaborative Learning - Kinga Petrovai - So...SocialHRCamp
Speaker: Kinga Petrovai
You have the new AI tools, but how can you help your team use them to their full potential? As technology is changing daily, it’s hard to learn and keep up with the latest developments. Help your team amplify their learning with a new collaborative learning approach called the Learning Hive.
This session outlines the Learning Hive approach that sets up collaborations that foster great learning without the need for L&D to produce content. The Learning Hive enables effective knowledge sharing where employees learn from each other and apply this learning to their work, all while building stronger community bonds. This approach amplifies the impact of other learning resources and fosters a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
2. Project Description
Proactivity, interest, the desire for improvement are not
adjectives we could describe youth of Bosnia – Herzegovina.
Actually, passivity and lack of interest are common terms
used to describe youth of our country. Based on that, our
youth are not focused for selecting a carrier or subjects to
undertake in future which is something that partly resulted
in youth unemployment more than 40%. Besides that, bad
educational system and lack of interest or lack of
information about importance of informal education is
something that also influenced in passivity of our youth.
3. This Fish peak, AIESEC of Bosnia – Herzegovina is focused
on the one of the biggest problem youth in our country are
facing with – career development. With this project we
want to help youth of Bosnia – Herzegovina in building
they own future by creating workshops with different
topics which can help them to start thinking about their
career development and show them ways how can they do
it, as well as workshops with different soft skills in order to
ensure participants are going to be more competitive at
labour market.
Project Description
4. Workshops are going to be organized at schools (primary schools and
high schools), as well as at the non-govermental organizations who
are working with students who are target group of this project.
This way, we are going to encourage youth in achieving individual
potential through bringing new topics in formal education, giving
them more interesting ways formal classes could be done, giving them
a chance to improve their English skills, meet new cultures in their
own town and all that is going to be held by our exhange participants
who will be a role model of youth activism for our students, as well as
the ones who are working on their own career development.
